	The Warwickshire Family History Society

School Register Indexing Project

The Warwickshire Family History Society has undertaken a project in collaboration with Warwickshire County Record Office and Coventry Archives, to produce a database of pre-1950 school admission registers in Warwickshire.

At present we are working on the registers available in the record offices, but are keen to find those many missing registers which may be held either in schools or in private hands.

These records are vital to Family Historians as they often fill a gap in between censuses. They also provide family details and evidence of geographical movement.

The registers available can be ordered from the projects coordinator at the charge shown below.

Charges and Contact Information

We charge £2 per school for searches or alternatively you can purchase the information on disc at £3.50 plus SAE. For postal enquiries a SAE is required please.

Please note that our database is compiled in Microsoft Access (Microsoft Office '97). If you require the information in WORD format there is an extra charge of £1.00.

Overseas members please apply for conversion charges first.
